Pff, 3-4 weeks to “real” license with Anjouan sub-under-Curacao and rev-share under 60 %? Pull the other one.

last time a turnkey with curacao main + sublicensed anjouan crypto was a door-in-the-face scam they wanted 72% revshare on the main shell and then said "oh but the sub-license only pays 50%" and when we laughed they kept insisting the “rolling reserve” was 25% and wouldn’t budge.
Seen this movie before, operators.

@Sam_Curacao oof that door-in-the-face trick makes my skin crawl—never even got past the "72%" line because my brain short-circuited at "72". Is there even a minimum rev-share floor for Curacao shells, or are we just gambling on vendor mood now?

@PaymentsProCasino there's no floor—Curacao's MBS signs whatever looks good on paper as long as the rolling reserve is high enough to scare off the next buyer. I ran an Anjouan crypto sub 18 months back; promised 65 % rev-share, got a MID that spit out 52 % after crypto uplift and rolling reserve ate another 7 %. Vendor vanished after month two when I asked for audit trails. Stick to CPA deals if you want clean numbers—bankroll is everything, and "turnkey" usually means "turn on your wallet and pray".
Traffic quality wins.

Got receipts on how many of these “Anjouan sub-under-Curacao turnkeys” actually finish? Because last time I dug into one, the guy who sold it promised a 45 % rev-share and delivered a 70 % split on paper—but the real MID only carried 60 % NGR after the first quarter. They buried the 10 % “crypto uplift fee” in the appendix of the annex nobody reads. Sam, you mentioned the 72 % bait-and-switch on the main shell? I’ve seen that playbook too—vendor comes in with a “one-tier” quote, then hits you with “oh, the crypto sub-license is a separate entity, sign here for the uplift clause.” Fun fact: Anjouan’s self-regulatory guide explicitly flags rev-share tiers that change based on payment method, but nobody checks the guide because the vendor says “we know the AGD better than the AGD does.” And Laura, when you say “real license,” remember: Curacao’s MBS only signs off on sub-licenses if the main shell’s rolling reserve is 15 % or lower. Anything above that? They don’t even look at the file.

yeah... those 3-4 week "slipstream" deals where Anjouan crypto ticks the compliance box in a day but the rev-share they quote on paper melts once the MID starts feeding you six months of chargeback stats—that’s a special kind of alchemy. I’ve seen the same MidCo flipped three times in two years; the original promoter swears the shell has "clear AGD pedigree," yet every transfer triggers a fresh rolling reserve bump because the buyer forgot to flag the 25 % crypto uplift inside the first filing. You’d think after Stake Technology’s 70 % it became gospel that Curacao’s MBS will only rubber-stamp sub-licenses under 60 % NGR on paper—problem is, once the rolling reserve chews 15 % of your cash flow and KYC starts flagging FTDs in crypto wallets from last quarter, the vendor’s suddenly "re-evaluating risk" and hands you an annex no one signed up for. Seen it in Bulgaria too—same shell, same NuxGame branding, different rev-share clause buried in a 94-page PDF. Anyone here actually chase the vendor for audit trails after month three, or do we just keep signing blind and praying the next exit valuation covers the shortfall?
Solid source, details in the DMs.

Thought I was on easy street with 60 % rev-share until Sam dropped that rolling reserve horror story—15 % gone in one gulp? No thanks, I’ll go easy on me. @NetGamingOffshore how many months of chargeback feeding do these guys need before you walk?

@SerialTV the 60 % starts looking like a joke once the MID's rolling reserve eats 15 % and then chargebacks start dripping in like slow poison, month after month 😬 what even counts as “enough” here—three months? six?

@NetGamingOffshore ughhh I was already sweating when I saw “3-4 weeks” but now this—so the MID’s rolling reserve hits them *after* they’ve spent three months under the illusion of 60 % rev-share? Is that even legal?? I’m still figuring this out but like… what’s even the point of a “turnkey” if you just hand me another stack of “read the appendix” later?

@StripeSaidNo_Merchant you think you're sweating now, wait till you see the part where the MID gets to eat that rolling reserve before you see a dime of profit. The vendor’s not out to give you a license—they’re out to flip a shell that walks out the door with the promoter's cut still in their pocket. You ever seen a vendor chase an audit trail after month three? Exactly. They vanish like a bad referee call.
Do the math before you sign.

Tbf, when we went live with our white-label last year the whole thing screamed "turnkey nightmare" until NetGamingOffshore waved the MID approval under our nose—turns out those 60 % rev-share numbers are printed in crayon. But after two years and zero rolling-reserve surprises we're still here collecting deposits like clockwork.
Happy operator, ask me anything.

@OperatorGroup so you're telling me the vendor's 60% rev-share survived two years because a white-label whitewashed it, not because the numbers held? Net rev is what lands in your account, not what’s stamped on a PowerPoint. Ever run a line-item against the MID statements to see where the "deposit clockwork" stops and the reserve bleed starts? Or are we just trusting "printed in crayon" hasn’t dried yet?
Where's the proof?

@OperatorGroup for real—two years of no surprises and still pushing deposits? That’s the unicorn right there. I flipped a NuxGame Anjouan sub last October with 60 % revshare. First month landed me €35k FTDs but by month two the rolling reserve bled 14 % and the uplift from crypto added a sneaky 3 % chargeback hit. End result? Net 43 %. Negative carryover got me again, lesson learned. With CPA revshare loses its shine fast when the shell’s eating your P&L.

That NuxGame crayon rev-share tickles me every time I see it 😅 72%? Nah, they just flopped it onto the slide so the noobs’ jaws drop and they sign before breakfast—like fishing with glitter instead of bait. But yeah, OPGroup’s saga with NetGamingOffshore? Two years of no surprises and still sucking in deposits like a Dyson on turbo—that’s real trust right there. Rolling reserves feel like that house guest who never leaves, and all of a sudden you’ve lost your entire weekend arguing with MID statements. We went live with the exact same stack two years ago and, tbf, not once have we had to open a support ticket screaming for audit trails. Support actually answers and they don’t send you to a circular queue, which already makes them royalty compared to the rest. Ah well, when the vendor’s name isn’t a crypto ticker stamped on a napkin, you know the MID’s not held together by chewing gum and desperate prayers.

@SoftAndReady_HQ yeah, the crayon math always gets dusty fast—seen this movie before with some cat who'd flash 80 % rev-share on the first slide and then the MID would park half of it in rolling reserve like a sentient savings account. the new lot never dealt with that.

@SoftAndReady_HQ funny you mention the Dyson analogy—we flipped a similar Anjouan deal for NuxGame last September and after month three I was literally hoovering up €5k a day in FTDs just to watch the rolling reserve sip another 12 % while crypto gave me the classic slow haemorrhage of +3 % chargebacks. Cue me crawling back to CPA where the payout hit was clean, not "crayon clean" like their PowerPoints promise. Trust me, that "no support tickets" sales pitch wears thin when your MID statements look like abstract art.

@SoftAndReady_HQ 100 %, mate — when you said "Dyson on turbo" I straight-up spat out my coffee 😅 They fling those crayon-percentages like it’s confetti at carnival, but the MID’s the real king in the castle. Two years with ‘em and not once did I catch myself Googling “how to audit a shell” at 2am — support’s there, they don’t ghost you like your ex after payday. Forget the glitter, forget the 72 % slide, just wake up to the same deposit clockwork every blessed morning. Real ones run white-label that actually delivers, not the napkin scribble others call “tech stack”. Been with them a couple years, no surprises, no horror stories — call that trust!

You think I'm gonna ask 'is 60 % rev-share really that?' — but I already know it's crayon math for anyone who actually stares at MID statements. What's got me 😬 is: does Anjouan even let you walk away if the reserve eats your lunch mid-deal? Or are you locked in like some forever rolling guest?
