Just got off a call where a mate in Riga launched his Anjouan casino last March. Paid the €5k set-up, went live in 21 days flat. He showed me his first three-month P&L yesterday—turns out after Anjouan’s 20% and NuxGame’s 25% he’s banking €62k GGR, not €80k. And that’s before rolling reserve, chargebacks and KYC blow-ups. €62k is good, but not the eight-zero dream on the brochure. Maybe I’m wrong, but does anyone here actually clear €80k post-fee or is that just marketing fluff?
New to this, soaking it up.

Had my first Anjouan launch back in ’22 when I still thought "crypto-friendly" meant lower chargebacks instead of higher compliance tickets. Launched a mid-tier EU operator with a 15-man affiliate crew, €5k set-up paid through an Anjouan sub-account (yeah, they do that), and we hit GGR €140k in month two. Now subtract Anjouan’s 20% (€28k) and NuxGame’s 25% rev-share (€35k). That leaves you €77k GGR—before rolling reserve, before MID fees, before the FTDs that turned the net to €59k, and that was with zero chargebacks because we ran a KYC-first funnel in Curacao. So Dave_Affiliate’s Riga friend with €62k is actually above the median for small-brand launches, but €80k post-all-fees? That’s the marketing version where they forgot rolling reserve can run 10-15% and KYC escalations cost €3-5 per ID in Anjouan. At what GGR though? We did €160k in month three, paid the same fees, and ended up €54k net. Vendor math changes fast once you feed it real traffic—and real compliance.

€59k net after all cuts and compliance? That's not a casino launch—that's a charity scam where you pay €3k a month to make other people rich. I’ve seen two Anjouan shops with NuxGame stacks start with GGR €120k each. One folded at month six; the other still coughs up rolling reserve every quarter because Anjouan treats your GGR like a rolling credit line. The survivor? Turns €50k GGR now, but only after they moved 40% of their wallet to Cyprus and kicked NuxGame down to 15% rev-share. So the real question isn’t “does €80k exist?”—it’s “for how long?” If your math counts the reserve as a one-off instead of a permanent escrow, go ahead and print the brochure. Everyone else ends up funding Anjouan’s back-office coffee habit.

StackOwnerLtd @ that €59k net sounds less like a casino and more like Anjouan’s rolling reserve subscription service, no? Did this math count on the reserve getting *friendly* and shrinking back to 8% after month three, or did they just treat it like a one-time tax the brochure forgot to mention? Seen a Valletta-based CPA network ran the same stack on CPA—€8k upfront, 40/60 split—but once the reserve locked at 15% for six straight months, their net turned to dust. No point arguing over €60k vs €80k if the reserve’s out here munching margins like it’s all-you-can-eat buffet.

Yeah, but the numbers don’t lie—until they do. 😏 Cash flow’s the killer here. Seen a Curacao operator with a €90k GGR month three, Anjouan took their 20% right off the bat, then NuxGame wanted their 25% on the gross too—no netting, no discounts. So that’s €18k + €22.5k gone before you even blink at rolling reserve, KYC hit, or a single chargeback. Net? €45k, and that’s with zero compliance fires because they ran a pre-KYC on every chip-in. Three months later, Anjouan dipped into that rolling reserve twice for "compliance sampling," so another €6k vanished overnight. €39k left. Marketing loves the €80k headline—reality’s closer to half if you’re lucky. 🤫 The ones who clear near that figure? Either they’ve got an offshore MID at 1% instead of the usual 3-4% in Anjouan, or their affiliate stack is 60/40 instead of 50/50. Or, yeah, they just keep the books "creative." Source won’t stay quiet if I name them—DM me.

Still think rolling reserve is the sneakiest silent killer in Anjouan setups. Saw a Ukrainian affiliate with GGR €130k month three, NuxGame didn’t blink at the 25% cut, but Anjouan’s rolling reserve at 15% swallowed €19.5k straight away—even though they’d zero compliance flags. Then MID fees in Curacao rang up another €4.2k because their processor tagged them "high-risk crypto." Net? €81k GGR became €57.3k before KYC tickets or chargeback algorithms even looked at them. The survivor story StackOwnerLtd mentioned isn’t luck—it’s moving wallet jurisdictions while the reserve still drains. I’m leaning towards that approach too, cutting Anjouan’s reserve from 15% to 8% once you’re three-month clean. Maybe I’m wrong, but those numbers only add up if you treat the reserve like rent you can downsize, not a one-time hit.

Damn right, that €80k headline belongs in a fairy tale where compliance tickets fold themselves and chargebacks are optional. Seen the same brochure—turns out it’s pasted from a 2021 Curacao PDF that forgot to mention Anjouan now takes 20% upfront on the set-up invoice *plus* another 5% "monitoring fee" tucked into the MID contract. And NuxGame’s 25% rev-share? Ask ROIAuditor—he’s the one who watched them charge 25% on the gross *twice*: first against the GGR, then against the net that already had the MID fees clipped. So where’s the €80k? Floating in someone’s T-shirt budget in Valletta while operators fund the reserve and the coffee. My last Anjouan shop did €110k GGR month three—Anjouan’s 20% walked out with €22k, NuxGame took €27.5k on gross before rolling reserve touched anything. Add the rolling reserve at 15% (€16.5k), MID at 3.5% (€3.85k), and a €9k KYC spike because one random Uzbek affiliate pushed 300 FTDs—net landed at €31.15k. That’s not eight-zero; that’s a bailout. The ones who clear €80k? Either they outsourced KYC to an Estonian firm charging €1 per ID (good luck scaling that), or their "crypto-friendly" funnel is 80% tainted with Vanuatu shell traffic that churns at 75%. And even then, Anjouan’s reserve doesn’t forget—every quarter it samples 2% of your trailing GGR for "routine audit." That’s another €2.2k on €110k GGR, gone before you see a single audit report. So check them on AGD first—because if their reserves are grandfathered under older Anjouan rules, the numbers are fantasy. Real world? The reserve eats your margins faster than Midjourney eats an artist’s portfolio.
Where's the proof?

Wait, so after all these numbers flying around... is anyone here actually keeping €80k/month after all Anjouan + NuxGame cuts, or is that just the glossy brochure math that forgets rolling reserve is basically a monthly subscription to someone else’s coffee fund? 😬 I’m still figuring this out, cheers for the real talk.

@KYCNightmare nah bro, I've been with them a couple years, done the Anjouan turnkey twice now, first launch back in 2022 I still remember the invoice drama. €110k GGR month three, turned into €31k net after all cuts—so yeah, the brochure math lives in a parallel universe where rolling reserve takes coffee breaks. I moved my wallet to Curacao last quarter and slashed the reserve from 15% to 8%—still feels like someone's skimming 10% off every deposit. Glossy brochures should come with a disclaimer: "your mileage may vary, and so will your patience."
Uptime speaks louder than sales decks.

@GGRchaser_Global26 so yeah, the reserve acts like it’s on steroids—doesn’t taper unless you beg Anjouan in writing and even then it’s 8% only if they *feel* generous that quarter. I watched a CPA buddy claw his reserve down from 15% to 9% after six months of squeaky-clean KYC logs and mid-tier traffic, but it still ate €18k off his €200k month seven. 😬 And that “friendly” shrink? Pure luck—half the lot I know never hear back on their refund requests. Maybe I’m wrong but treating the reserve as optional math is how you wake up to a staff salary bounce-back email.

@GGRchaser_Global26 well yeah, the "8% after month three" line is straight out of the shiny brochure glossary 😅 maybe I'm wrong but anyone treating that as gospel ends up sweating over their own payroll like I did last summer. My first Anjouan shop (€90k GGR month three, still raw) already got hit with 15% reserve then another 3% "monitoring tax" tucked in the contract—no emails offering to scale it down, just a fat invoice and a smiley rep in Valletta saying "keep gaming, fam." Just paid it, didn't ask again. Seen a mate haggle to 10% after six squeaky months, but that felt less like success and more like winning permission to breathe. Total noob here, but this reserve reads like a gym membership that never expires 🙏
Asking daft launch questions — that's the job.

Ugh, I was gonna ask if €80k was even possible outside the brochure but after all these horror stories I’m just picturing myself feeding my last leu into Anjouan’s rolling reserve vending machine 😭 thanks for saving me the €27.5k mistake—I’ll stick to my job for a while longer
